Allow display to (auto) turn off in pdf page?

Post by phoutman »

Hi
Is there any way to allow the screen display to turn off automatically, after a time, in a pdf page, controlled within the app? On a gig, the "anti screen-saver" default is great, but during the day when working intermittently it's a problem. I try to remember to turn the ipad off every time I leave the piano, but ..... and hours later the ipad is dead :( Perhaps I have missed a setting combination but for me it needs to be a relatively basic setting so I can switch between practice and gig "mode". (Even more important now that your annotation functions are really great and I am spending more time writing on the scores)
Thanks
Peter

I understand your issue however adding an option to turn that off opens up the possibility that you forget to turn the option back on, show up to your gig and while you're reading the score the screen goes black right in the middle of a performance.
