unable to connect

(on an iPad mini 6th gen)
new user- trying to update the content through the wrench icon but only get a 401- unauthorized access is denied when I click on "content manager" other choices work
using the heart icon only the "I love it" works, none of the others do ie the confused, help, & contact us
what am I doing wrong?

The wrench icon displays a menu with 6 options, the first one is the Content Manager which requires you to log in and normally displays a box for you to enter your user name and password. If you're not receiving the prompt for a user name and password, you should try accessing the Content Manager at https://my.igigbook.com using another browser. We know the Content Manager works, people use it every day.

The heart icon displays a menu with 4 options, the first takes you to the App Store where you can rate and review that app (that means give it 5 stars!). The other options will not work if you have not set up your device to send email because those options are for users to contact us via email.
