Real Book Vol VI missing on Content manager

Hello iGigBook supportl
A fellow musician friend of mine (Rob Reynolds) who also has iGigBook and is for some reason unable to locate the new Real Book Vol VI index in Content manager.
He has tried syncing multiple times and even attempted to create one using the same Book Index Code and he is still unable to see the index on his list to activate now that he has the book.
The pdf for the book is in his iGigBook 10 folder on the iPad with the correct realbk6h.pdf name however w/o being able to see it in Content Manager there is no way to Activate and sync it to the booklist.

Do you have a suggestion for how he can fix this?
