New Bob Book - Transpose (iPad Only)

I use my New Bob Book transpose with iGig virtually everyday. The last time I used it was two days ago. Since then it has completely disappeared. I didn't do anything funny to it. The whole book is just gone. The title is grayed out by every single tune and I am instructed to download the PDF. I did that a couple of years ago and remember that it was complicated, but I really don't know where to start.

I checked the content manager, and it shows a checkmark, meaning the book is active. All the music from that book is gone, however, so I'm not sure how to proceed. What do I do to get the content back?

I have done everything correctly in the correct order with regard to downloading the New Bob book from
The mega site and putting it in the index, then requesting the index. When I go to open the new Bob book, I am getting “password required” message - please help - I am about to lose my mind.

You have downloaded tnbbtrans.pdf and you have requested the index. Can you post a screen shot of your Book List View showing the items beginning with the letter "N"?

Today I downloaded the "New Bob Book Rev 6" and got it linked to the REv 6 index. It's working and I can find songs and view them, but I cannot transpose them. (I can still transpose the songs in the original Bob's Book). Do I have to buy something?

That's not something that will transpose. Read the first post in this thread.

I have been loving the New Bob Book with transposition for a couple years now, and have only just today run into a minor quirk. On one tune, Road Song, transpositions in C, F, and G result in the first eighth note of the third full bar collapsing into the second note of the beam. The pitches are correct, but the placement is wrong (see screenshot below). All of the other figures with the same pattern in the rest of the tune render fine.

A very minor glitch for sure, and I’ll just highlight it for now on the transposition in the setlist, but I thought you might want to add it to any bug list you had going. I believe I have a fairly recent version as the PDF was downloaded in Nov. 2024 when I purchased the add-on, but I don’t know how to tell which version it is, or even if the PDF actually matters in this case. The iPad it’s running on is a Gen 10 with OS 17.5.1. Many thanks for the dev work on this most excellent tool! The only thing I would put on the "someday" wishlist is that 8va toggle key.
