The Ultimate Pop/Rock Fake Book

Hello,

There is a fake book called "The Ultimate Pop/Rock Fake Book" by Hal Leonard and the most recent edition seems to be the 4th edition. See Hal Leonard website here:

There is an index for "The Ultimate Pop/Rock Fake Book" in iGigBook however it does not match the Hal Leonard 4th edition book at all. Does anyone have an index for the 4th edition of "The Ultimate Pop/Rock Fake Book" 4th edition by Hal Leonard?
