Additional Features Pack not functioning on iPadOS

I just upgraded to the Additional Features Pack on iPad Pro 12.9 5th gen, iPadOS 26.
The additional annotation menu does open, but the buttons are totally in-responsive. All other buttons at the top menu (non-paid) still work fine. I have to click the next page / cancel buttons anywhere from 50-100 times to register. The brush options I had to press for about 5 minutes.
If I connect an Apple Pencil instead of finger it helps slightly, but still hangs, delays and gets stuck with the options not registering. Drawing a black line works fine by either finger, or Apple Pencil. It’s only the paid buttons on the drawing options that have trouble.
I’ve tested with the screen upside down as well, and the touch screen tests fine. No screen protector.
I assume it’s an issue with the latest release - has anybody else seen this, and is a fix planned?

I see what the problem is! With the menu shoved up at the top of the screen, it’s conflicting with apple’s top menu bar with the date/time, battery percentage indicator.
Igigbook allowed me to drag this edit toolbar downward a few pixels, and then it all works fine by finger, or pencil.
Unless this is something specific to my model, it might be best to default this menu downward a little bit.
