After several years I have taken to my iGigbook iPadOS app again. I am struggling with several issues:
As shown in the attached screenshots, the 3 Realbook PDFs I have contain 429, 453 and 455 pages. However, as shown in the other screenshot, iGigbook expects 400 pages each and gives me a "pages missing" error when I try to link the index.
Also, myScores shows several rogue files, which I cannot delete. iGigbook says the files are missing, but still lists them.
I am grateful if someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Re: Number of pages don't fit
Your issue seems to be confusion between the Classic Real Books and the Hal Leonard Real Books and the difference between number of pages and number of songs. A song can have more than 1 page, which means that the number of pages in a book will not correspond to the number of songs in a book. You're going to have to take a closer look at the PDF files you have to determine if it's a Classic Real Book or a Hal Leonard Real Book and then link it to the appropriate index. "pages missing" indicates you either have the wrong PDF linked to an index or the the PDF is correct but is missing pages. Refresh the My Scores view and the "greyed" out items should disappear.
