I'd like a refund please

Hi I've got igigbook on my iPad and never intended to load it on my iPhone as the screen on the phone is too small

I thought that having it on my iPad would allow me to load it in my iPhone without charge This was not clear from the info given on the app store site Also you often don't find out you can get an app without charge untill you have typed in your pass word ( some apps are like this )

So please could you delete igigbook mobile from my account and refund me the cost ?

I'm sorry, you have to contact Apple about this, they sold you the app.

Apple has your financial information and sold you the app back in October of 2011, you only recourse is to contact them and explain why you want a refund. I'm not surprised you haven't heard anything from them yet, they work slowy, but I'm sure you will hear from them.

Are you having problems with the app? It looks like you've been using it for months, why the desire for a refund now?

If you check the date of the reply you will see that it was the day that you asked for it.
