Yes, I'm confused and with good reason. What I don't need is a lecture about how things shouldn't be a mystery. What I do need is some clear
instructions on how to clean this mess up.
If you copy by way of "Open In" or "Direct Download" to My Scores and the PDF file has the same name as a file already present, a backup of the PDF already on the device is created with a date stamp(string of numbers) added to the name of the PDF.

The app may be confusing to you, but for the vast majority of users there is no confusion, evidenced by the lack of posts here making that claim. I'm doing my best to help you, but it's as if you're not reading what I'm writing.
