How to move a book from My scores to the Book list?

1)I have two items i would like to add to my Book list that are in My scores. How do I do it or correct it??

2)I downloaded the unknownfakebook but only 1 song appears instead of 1000. How do I correct this??

3) How do you delete a book that is in itunes file sharing and the igig book app ?
