Bulk Upload Problem

I am trying to use the bulk upload feature to create an index for my custom book. When I click "Upload Entries" I get an error message that says:
Incorrect data format at line 1:
“Abblasen",1,1,“Reiche, Gottfried”

Do you know what I am doing wrong?

Use a text editor not a word processor to prepare your bulk upload file and make sure all quotes are the same as this: "
