Storaage location for PDF files

I've located some Fake books available in Apple iBooks. It's my understanding that iBooks file format is IBA, and that it can be exported as PDF files to Print and Save. Where would these files need to be stored for iGigbook to be able to access them using the built-in Fake Book Index?
