can't register. The top of the How to Register page just says "please register", unlike the example given to someone else which has "tap here for help" at the top. Also, there are 6 icons at the top and not 2 or 3.

If you see 6 icons at the upper right you also do not see 6 tabs on the bottom, this indicates that you are viewing a PDF page and are not at the top of the Book List view.

You need to back out of that view to the top by pressing the back button at the top left until button disappears leaving you at the top level of the app.
