Unable to register - RESOLVED

Hello

The registration instruction are confusing
I have 6 icons at the upper right and none of those look like a person
So, I must be at the wrong place
My help button at the top does not respond
How do I register?

You have 6 icons at the top because you are viewing a PDF page. The Book List view is two levels above where you currently are, to get to the Book List view tap the back button at the upper left until it no longer appears.
