The Real Vocal Book Volume II - errata?

There appears to be an error in the index for The Real Vocal Book Volume II: "A Sleepin' Bee" and "Skylark" both point to "A Sleepin' Bee" in the PDF I'm using. ("Skylark" is in my PDF.) I searched all of the other titles in the index but didn't find any other similar errors. However, I noticed that "Skyliner" is spelled "Skyl1ner" in the index.

The index for this book lists Among My Souvenirs. That tune is not in The Real Vocal book Vol II. The index entry points to page 166.

There's seems to be a difference in the Kindle Book and the print book. Which is your PDF based from?

I have a pdf file that's a scanned version of a book. The front cover shows Volume II, The real vocal book, Hal Leonard etc. No date.
The index does not list Among my Souvenirs. It's odd that the index seems to work perfectly otherwise.
I'm not bothered by this. I just thought I'd mention it since I had happened across it.
