Zoom won't lock with update - RESOLVED

For some reason I can't seem to lock the zoom for future pages. I've always done it and I know that you have to zoom then double tap to lock it. But it does not work. I've tried tapping everywhere on the screen. Is there something wrong with the new version

This is working correctly. It does not work by "double tapping" it works by tapping with two fingers simultaneously.
