Transferring lyrics from another IPad to mine using Gig book

it looks like I will be getting a new IPad Mini 3 16 GB. one of my friends has Gig Book on her older I pad and would let me transfer the lyrics for the many songs she has to mine. Can I connect the two I pads and transfer, or must we email the content?

Basically you want to copy the content from the friends iPad to a memory stick and then use that memory stick to copy the content to your device.
