I added "557 Standards" to iGigBook via iTunes but it ends up im "MyScores" instead of in "BookList" (as opposed to all my other books). Why ist that? And how can I get 557standrd.pdf (i renamed it already) into "BookList"?
I had iGigBook set up perfectly before (after many trials, errors and waiting times for the sync limits to expire), but all of a sudden the Blank Page Error appeared in Classic RealBook and New RealBook 3 for no apparent reason (none that I could think of) Or does it have something to do with updating to iOS 9?
Anyway, I erased iGigBook in order to reinstall it new (as recommended in one of the posts of the forum), add again all my books to the app via iTunes and now I have to start all over to rename the books according to the index list in order to sync them. It really doesn't seem to me very straight forward, and even more so when coming across problems like the one described at the beginning of my post. Other than that it is just tedious work and without constantly referring to the user guides I would be pretty much lost. I guess I could be a happier customer :-)

Re: Scores or Books?
More than likely this index is not marked as active. Go to my.igigbook.com and mark "557 Standards" as active and then sync.Rainer Schnelle wrote:I added "557 Standards" to iGigBook via iTunes but it ends up im "MyScores" instead of in "BookList" (as opposed to all my other books). What do you mean by Blank Page Error?I had iGigBook set up perfectly before (after many trials, errors and waiting times for the sync limits to expire), but all of a sudden the Blank Page Error appeared in Classic RealBook and New RealBook 3 for no apparent reason (none that I could think of) Or does it have something to do with updating to iOS 9?
I don't understand what you mean here. Usually a person will rename the PDF and add it to the iGigBook Documents Folder, renaming can also be done using the app however whenever you uninstall and resintall you should always back the iGigBook Documents folder up to your computer so that you can copy the files back once you have reinstalled. Uninstalling isn't recommended unless you're specifically told to do so because it's not a universal fix and you also need to back up your data.Anyway, I erased iGigBook in order to reinstall it new (as recommended in one of the posts of the forum), add again all my books to the app via iTunes and now I have to start all over to rename the books according to the index list in order to sync them.
