cant get free chard charts

Just bought & downloaded igigbook to my ipad ---which is supplied to me my work. I have registered etc --when i go to the index page & click on the free download chard charts that transpose item it takes me to the list of chord charts, when ever I click on a song it just says there is no pdf in the app--- don't understand this as I thought that the chord charts load from the jazzstudies website & then are in the app on my ipad without the ipad being connected to the web---

I have tried this while the ipad has been connected both by its own sim card & by a wi fi connection ---

it may be my work has disabled my ipad some how ---but I can connect to google & access things like the newspaper & other websites ....indeed I accessed the igig website to download the app....

pretty disappointed if I cant use this - it was the main reason I downloaded & paid for the app....without which I wouldnt have bothered ....

You're problem may be that you are not logged into the App Store with your Apple ID. This is different from the login that you created in the app from the registration page. The charts will automatically download if you are logged into the App Store in the same way that you were purchasing an App, the charts are an In App purchase, they are free but you still must be logged in with the same account you used to purchase the app.

Also it would be a good idea if you logged into the forum with the user name and password that you registered with from the app, that way you get notifications when an answer has been posted to your question.

Sorry still doesn't work. I did see somewhere the iPad had a purchase In app store off , I dont remember where this was or if I can change it on the work iPad. Also the apple for App Store was the same as used for the I Gig book I'd & password was same, thanks

The issue is whether or not you're logged into the App Store and it sound like you aren't and there's usually a pop up requesting your password when you sync. Try sync to see if you get that pop up, you only need to do this once, the popup either appears or it doesn't.

We know this is working, people have been pulling down these charts all day.
