iGigBook Mobile on iPad

I thought this app was supposed to work on iPad? The resolution is way too low to read anything. Is there something I can do to fix this? Please help me figure this out.

I took the liberty to move your post from the announcements section to the correct product support section and altered the subject.

iGigBook Mobile is an iPhone/iPod Touch App. All iPhone/iPod Touch apps run on the iPad in
their native size or 2x size, but iGigBook Mobile is NOT an iPad app. iGigBook is an iPad app and it does not run on the iPhone/iPod Touch.

ok, understood. However, I bought your app under the "Ipad" section of itunes AND there was nothing that alerted me to the fact that there is a different app that you built for iPad. I feel like I just wasted $10 on something I can not use at all,
in addition to the hour I just wasted installing and setting this up.
Would you be willing to give me a credit so I can download the correct app?

iGigBook Mobile isn't sold under the iPad section of iTunes, where ever it appears it's under iPhone apps because it's an iPhone/iPod Touch app.

We don't handle the money business, Apple does, contact them and they should be able to help you getting the correct app.

For this app in particular we state right up front in the app description on the iTunes store "If you're not sure what this app does visit forum.igigbook.com and ask questions, we will help you".

OK, I payed for the iPad version but it says I exceeded my syncs for the day. It was my first sync with Ipad version. How do I get to do another sync. Also, I can't tell if there is a reference yet for The Real Book, All New Volume 1, The Real Book, All New Volume 2 etc?

Have you registered from the device? The Book List view will have 3 icons if you haven't registered or logged in from the device. If you're not logged in you're using a guest account which only allows two syncs a day because the index data will always be the same. Once you log in, you will able to sync and have changes you have made on my.igigbook.com reflected on your device.
