Google Drive Gone
It's been a while since I've updated my iGigbook on my iPad. I used to be able to update directly from my Google Drive. Now the icon doesn't even appear, even though I can access my Google Drive without any problem on the iPad itself. What's up?

Try selecting More... from the document picker dialog if it doesn't appear in the list.

I don't see a MORE option.
I took a screenshot off my iPad, hopefully I attached it properly.
The Google Drive icon used to appear abov the iCloud option.

Re: Google Drive Gone
I'm assuming you don't see a more option because you don't have Google Drive on your iPad. If you do have it, then that's something you're going to contact Apple about because they created the interface that you see.

Not only do I still have Google Drive on my iPad, your application is the only one that doesn't interface with it anymore like it used to.

Interesting... Like I said before we don't control what appears in that list or what appears in that dialog. I wish I could be of more helpWaltMayhew wrote: ↑Fri Sep 21, 2018 9:31 pmNot only do I still have Google Drive on my iPad, your application is the only one that doesn't interface with it anymore like it used to.

Do you interface with dropbox?
Apple generally is of little help and nearly always blames the vendor when I've contacted them before.
I'm not even sure where to look on my own. Too bad. It renders a very nice app virtually unusable.

The dialog in question works with any storage provider which includes Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive. Take a look at this link to see all the different ways you can add content to iGigBook: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=5WaltMayhew wrote: ↑Sat Sep 22, 2018 9:52 amDo you interface with dropbox?

Also, I know you have said you have the Google Drive app on your device, can you provide a screen shot of the Google Drive app open on your device? Screen shot = hold power button and press home key.

Re: Google Drive Gone
Thanks for those screen captures which confirms you DO NOT have the Google Drive App installed on your device.
