Not only can it import it...but can it recognize the chords listed for transposing?

iGigBook can import any PDF that can be exported from another app. It's on you to find out if the app in question has the ability to export PDF content.

iGigBook isn't a chord transposing app though it does provide a special PDF of chord charts of over 1,300 standards that can be transposed to any key.
