iGigBook on Surface Pro with Android Emulator

I would like to move away from my IPad and the best alternative for me that I found would be a Microsoft Surface Pro.

Has anyone tried to run iGigBook Android on the Windows Tablet with an Android Emulator like Bluestacks? Is this working?

Right now iOS is the best platform for iGigBook. The Android version works but we don't commit a lot of resources to it because the interest just doesn't exist.
