Where can I find indexes for Herbie Hancock and for Bossa Nova Fakebook?

I have these two books but cannot find indexes for them anywhere online.

Update: I figured out how to use the online tool to build an index and did one for Herbie Hancock since there are only 14 songs. It works great.

1. I see how I can share it with individuals. But how can I get it included in the master set of indexes so that all iGigbook users can take advantage of it?

2. I’m still looking for an index for Bossa Nova Fakebook
