Phil, I have just encountered a new problem with exporting pdfs to iGigbook after years of happy successful use of iGigBook in conjunction with Dropbox (and other situations as described below). I'll describe it as concisely as I can. When I open the Dropbox app on my iPad Pro, and select a pdf for exporting into iGigBook, for some reason iGigBook is no longer shown as an option to which to export the pdf (and this is true after I try all the options Dropbox gives you to try to export or copy or otherwise transfer a pdf -- it simply doesn't show iGigBook as an option anymore in *any* of the various ways that transfers from Dropbox can be accomplished). Remarkably, this is also true if I try to export a pdf from the Adobe Reader app, or from an email attachment - so the issue isn't specific to Dropbox. I don't believe this is an iGigBook issue per se....I think for some odd reason my iPad now only lists a smaller universe of apps available to receive exports. I do remember reading in one of your "How To" pages that the iPad can limit the number of apps for which exporting is available...but I've looked and looked and can't see how to both eliminate some of the apps that are "exportable to" or add iGigBook. All of my apps (Dropbox, Adobe, email, iGigBook) have the latest versions downloaded and I've rebooted the iPad - so I've tried to the obvious ways to fix the problem. Recognizing this isn't really an iGigBook problem, but rather a problem with iPad/iOS, can you please offer any advice you might have for how to make it so I can import pdfs to iGigBook (without hooking up to my PC and using iTunes....if possible). Thanks very much.

Since you have the DropBox app installed you can import from DropBox by selecting the download icon (rectangle with a down arrow, 2nd from the left) in the My Scores View.

Thanks Phil. I had already tried that, and it didn't work. When I click on Dropbox from that iGigBook icon you mentioned, a window opens and I can see the pdfs within Dropbox but they are all opaque/"greyed out". Is there something I need to do to connect iGigBook to Dropbox first? And that's true for all the options in that download icon (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Documents, etc.) -- all pdfs are opaque/grayed out and not-clickable.

Sounds like a permissions issue, I haven't had that problem with Google Drive.

A permissions issue? Huh. Seems odd, since for years the iGigBook icon showed as as option (and worked flawlessly) using export or "open with", and just in the last week the iGigBook icon option disappeared from the "open with" menu (along with several other apps, btw). Any ideas about how to get the necessary permission? Is this an iGigBook permission or a Dropbox permission? And I have the same problem with all the other apps (Adobe Reader, email attachment, etc.) that might provide a reasonable work-around to this new and perplexing problem.

This is Apple territory, we have no control over that.
