PDFs not showing up in My Scores on Android

My Scores is blank. No matter how I try, whether rescanning the igigbook folder or manually selecting or searching for a pdf (i tried to select pdfs from internal memory, SIM card, and Google Drive, all in respective igigbook folders), nothing appears in My Scores.

What you're describing is highly irregular. Are you sure you have an "igigbook" folder in internal storage? Is it possible it's misspelled?

Send us a link via email to one of the smallest PDF files you have in this folder.

/internal storage/igigbook/file basically. Let me know what else you need.
