iGigBook Version 5.1 For Android Tablets

For Android 11 users here's what's new.

iGigBook once again has access to your igigbook folder that was originally created in the root of your Internal Storage on your device. Once you update to version 5.0, iGigBook will be looking for files in this folder and not the folder listed below, which is only visible when you connect your device to a computer via a USB cable:

Internal storage\Android\data\com.igigbook.app.igigbook\files\igigbook

Copy your files from the folder above to the igigbook folder at the root of Internal Storage on your device.

A Demo Version of iGigBook is Now Available!

If you launch the app and it crashes immediately, check to make location permissions are granted. iGigBook DOES NOT TRACK your location however for us to implement connectivity between an iPhone or an iRig BlueBoard via Bluetooth for page turning, location permission must be granted. This is something that Android requires of any app that is using Bluetooth whether location data is used or not by the app.

1. Open the Settings app
2. Select Apps
3. Scroll down and select iGigBook
4. Select Permissions
5. Enable Location
