When I go to Manage My Book Settings and click on Action / Edit for an associated Index I click on the Active button to generate a Checkmark. When I click on 'Save', the 'Window' stays there and does not return to the Index List. If I click on MENU I can see that the Index has not been made Active.
I have tried this on a Safari Browser / Chrome Browser and also directly on my IPAD. I have confirmed that I am logged in since it displays a list of my Book Settings.

Try holding the shift key and click on the page reload button. That should fix the problem.
