Subfolder(s) to the My Scores wish

Post by Bumble »

Is there anyway to add subfolder(s) to the My Scores section of the unindexed scores?
For example I have a bunch of playalong pdfs for Hal Leonard & Aebersold & teaching lesson pdfs. They clog up when viewing as a list & it would be helpful if could have have them in a subfolder, so they are only seen when I need them to be.
I know one solution would just be to make them into one giant pdf & make an index for them but seems like folders would be less work & more beneficial when dealing with random non-connected pdfs that just generally fall under a category, like "Guitar Lessons" "Piano Lessons" etc...

Thanks!

There isn't a way to add folders but what you can do is use the Set List capabilities of the app to achieve a similar result. Combining separate PDF files into one PDF file and then creating an index for it is something you can also do but it's time intensive. The My Scores View was always designed to be a free wheeling list of items that can be searched to find what you need. On my own device I have almost 2,000 items in My Scores and I find searching to be the most efficient way to get to what I want or need.

Didn’t even think about set lists being a good solution. That will work :D

I would recommend taking a look at How To Use The Set List Manager
