iGigBook Version 9.2 For iPad, iPad Mini, iPad Pro

I have 9.0 on my iPad Pro, have downloaded The New Bob Book Transposable PDF, and have the New Bob Book index on my iGig Book app. Having issues getting the charts to show, and I am assuming that is because I need to purchase the updated index.

However, it is not showing on my Content Manager, and when I pull up the "Indexed Books" in the app to purchase it, it is not listed.

I have syncronized a few times, but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

PS-As I do not post often, I have probably posted this question on the wrong part of the Board. Sorry.

The first post in the thread states:

How do you get it? Check the Latest News section in the Content Manager for specific instructions on how to obtain the "New Bob Book - Transpose" index and the PDF that matches this index.

I'll interpret this post as you request for the "New Bob Book - Transpose" index. If you sync you should be able to see it in your Book List View.

Does this work on Android? Move the file to igigbook folder but it doesn't show up in the book list.

You need iGigBook Version 9 or greater for iPad, iPad Mini, or iPad Pro. Do you have an iPad? If not, you can't use or purchase this feature.

I've sync'ed it twice today already, and I'm afraid to sync it again, lest it say I sync'ed it too many times. I want to purchase the Bob book transpose feature, but I don't see it in my book index or in the App Store. I have the file downloaded and added to my Unindexed Scores. Maybe the thumbnail will show up when the index is pushed to my igigbook account? Thanks!

Usually what happens is the following.

1. You request the index - You have.
2. We push the index to your account - We have.
3. You sync and the index appears in your Book List View along with the option to purchase the Book Transpose Feature.

I would like to purchase, and use, the new transposable book.

I think I purchased the upgrade but the purchase thumbnail does not appear.

I have downloaded the pdf.
