New Bob Book - Transpose (iPad Only)

I just downloaded the New Bob Book Transpose pdf into IGigBook. I see it in Book List View. I can go to songs. When I try to transpose, I get the following message - “You can purchase the book transpose feature from the Book List View”. But I don’t see how to purchase it from the Book List View. Help!

Used the transpose features last night, transposing to Eb, and the transposed melody was consistently in the saxophone range.

If you sync you should be able to see the index “New Bob Book – Transpose” and the option to purchase the Book Transpose feature.

I have paid for the New Bob Book Transpose, and tried downloading it. Apparently I need to also request a key or password to complete the process. Can you please send this or let me know what else I need to do? Thank you.

Log in to the Content Manager at https://my.igigbook.com and review the instructions there.

I have logged in and the New Bob Book-Transpose is checked active. Also The New Bob Book-T PDF appears in My Scores. After syncing, the New Bob Book-T appears loaded with the “PDF Not Present” statement no longer appearing and replace by the book image, but when I try opening the songs the pages are all blank. What should I do next?

Did you download tnbbtrans.pdf?

You are only required to do two things.

1. Download tnbbtrans.pdf and copy it to the iGigBook 9 folder. In the
Latest News section of the Content Manager at htttps://my.igigbook.com we
provide a video that shows you exactly how to download the file and copy it
to the iGigBook 9 folder.

2. Request access to the "New Bob Book - Transpose" index. You have done
this, it appears in your Book List View. The PDF isn't linked to it because
you either didn't download tnbbtrans.pdf or you renamed it.

I am so confused as to how to proceed getting the New Bob Book - Transpose index. Where and how do you submit the request to obtain the link to download the index?
Are others having this problem too? I'd like to request clearer instructions...
