Transpose feature issues

Hello,

I’ve tried to purchase transpose feature and it’s absolutely impossible. I
have downloaded the PDF file, put it in my gigbook folder and sync books
list several times, but the index doesn’t appear in my account.

I watched the video and followed the steps, but I don’t know how to send you a request for access to the '"New Bob Book - Transpose" index.

If you sync you should be able to see the index “New Bob Book – Transpose” and the option to purchase the Book Transpose feature.

I’ve tried it, but it says that the maximum numbers of syncs for a day has been reached.
This message appears from two days ago.
