Hello,
I’ve tried to purchase transpose feature and it’s absolutely impossible. I
have downloaded the PDF file, put it in my gigbook folder and sync books
list several times, but the index doesn’t appear in my account.

If you sync you should be able to see the index “New Bob Book – Transpose” and the option to purchase the Book Transpose feature.
