New Realbook Vol 1 (vs Digital version)

Post by svmodica »

Hi All,
I have the pdf of "The New Realbook" (it does not say digital edition or volume 1), and its first song is Affirmation. Both "The New Realbook Vol 1" and "The New Realbook Digital Edition" have "A Little Tear" as their first song. This does not appear to be missing pages in my pdf. The TOC matches and it seems like Affirmation is legitimately the first song. Anyone know what book I have and have an index for it?

If you start from page one of either the physical copy of the book, the scanned copy of the physical book or the digital edition you will find that in all 3, "Affirmation" is the first song. You are confusing the sort order in the Book List View detail with that of the PDF, they are not going to always match and that doesn't matter because the role of the index is to enable you the musician to locate a song among many different books in the least amount of time by simply searching for it.
