My username is not working. I got an email with the username, but it is not recognizing it, so I need to reset both username and password. Thank you.

What are you trying to log in to? This forum or my.igigbook.com? If you got an email with a user name, that user name and your password are valid and will allow you to log in to my.igigbook.com.

I cannot register, I kept trying everything you listed. What's the problem???

What are you trying to log in to? This forum or my.igigbook.com? If you got an email with a user name, that user name and your password are valid and will allow you to log in to my.igigbook.com.

We responded to your issue the same day you posted it almost a month ago and you never provided the answers to the questions that we asked. How are we supposed to help you, if you're not helping us to help you?
