IK Multimedia BlueBoard and MIDI learn to turn pages - Implemented!

Hi, I just replaced my AirTurn pedal with an IKM BlueBoard. Most other sheet music apps now support using this pedal but unfortunately iGigbook doesn't. Please add a MIDI learn function so we can use other MIDI pedals than the AirTurn.

We do plan to support this pedal, but it won't be via MIDI.
