i Gig Book

I don't see this book listed in My book settings. Everything else is working very well.
Do I need to treat the public domain xmas jazz book as a personal book? I can easily create an index but if it's already done I won't need to.

This should be visible now in your content manager, it's marked as active so you can just sync with the iGigBook Server and the index will download to your device.
