No, you're not missing anything, the list of keys disappeared, fix on the way.

MY Testflight Windows is empty. It tells me to Top on the Invitation again.

When I go to the Email and click the invitation it says:

The invitation is invalid, Try again. If problem persists contact inviter.

You should be receiving another invitation. The testflight web interface doesn't work all that well and does some pretty strange things.
