my.igigbook.com login not working

So I haven't been able to login to my.igigbook.com, even when copy/pasting the exact user and pass from the reset emails. Help?

Try typing the credentials not copying them. Also, use the lost password feature at
http://www.igigbook.com.

Tried both of those things, still isn't working. Side note, the password I used contained a + symbol which isn't showing up in the lost password email

If you used the password reset feature on this forum, you now have two passwords, one for this forum and one for my.igigbook.com. To log into my.igigbook.com you will need to use the lost password feature and supply the password emailed to you.

That's what I've been doing, but it doesn't seem to be working. Any other options?

I can log in with your user name and password, there's nothing wrong with the credentials. Try a different browser, I used Google Chrome.

It still doesn't seem to be working for me, don't know why, as the username I'm using is dbrown193 and the password is the one from the email. Is there anything else i can try?( I am logging into my.igigbook.com)

Try a computer browser if you're attempting to use the browser on the iPad. Also forward us that email at help [at] igigbook [dot] com

Tried using both the mobile and Chrome on Windows 10 to no avail, sending over that email now. Thanks for the help
