Fixed minor chord chart display issues.
Fixed bug which would cause app to crash when trying to rename sample.pdf when sample.pdf was the only or last entry in My Scores.
Fixed bug which would cause app to crash when attempting to import using iCloud, Dropbox or Google Drive when all other PDF files were removed from app.
Book LIst view displays as icons as a default
