New Select Index Action menu added to Book List view when pressing and holding an item in the Book List view that has a PDF linked to the index. This menu has two options:

1. Set Offset - Allows you to set the offset for your PDF.

2. Unlink From Index - Unlinks the PDF currently linked to the selected index by appending the following to the file name of the PDF.

YYMMDD-HHMMSS- (year month day - hours minutes seconds)

If you were to select Unlink From Index for Classic Real Book you would wind up with the following PDF file in the My Scores view:
