HI,
I am trying to load PDF files from my MacBook to my iPad for iGigbook use. I followed these instructions:
1. Connect iPad to Macbook
2. iTunes opens and syncs my iPad. I then look at my iPad (in iTunes) and go to the APPS view under summary
3. I scroll down to File Sharing in iTunes and select iGigbook
4. I click ADD, find and select the PDF file I want to add, and then pick ADD again
5. The PDF file show up in iTunes under the iGigbook File Sharing view
I go to iGigbook on my iPad and look at My scores, the PDF file is not there. I hit the refresh button in My Scores, still no PDF file.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Steve

Try swiping the screen up...Can you post a screen capture of your My Scores view?
Also what's is the file name of one of these files?

I figured it out. The file type was .PDF. I changed it to .pdf and synched again and it worked. Thanks for responding!

Re: iGigbook does not display PDF files in My Scores
Yesterday igigbook worked fine on my Samsung 7+. Today I cannot see any scores and my playlists have disappeared. The scores definitely exist on the tablet because I can see them in 'my files', and also from my laptop. I have tried restarting the tablet, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, I have deleted all the files and reloaded. Nothing makes any difference - the app just doesn't see the files.
Interestingly, when I reinstall the app, it doesn't automatically create an igigbook directory. Should it?
