I'm getting a message when I try to upload that my first entry is wrong. Here it is:
“A Lovely Way to Spend an Evening”,1,1,”James,”
What's the problem. It follows the guideline.

It doesn't follow the guidelines. You're using a word processor when you should be using a text editor, which is why you have funny quotes.

Got the file corrected and uploaded. I tried to sync it yesterday, but it's didn't sync and the sync button on the Book list page is now frozen. How can I get this unstuck and get the index synced with the pdfs?
