Index for "The Digital Standards Songbook" is missing

"The Digital Standards Songbook" is listed as a current available index at viewtopic.php?f=22&t=9

However I cannot find it in the content manager at my.igigbook.com.

Does anyone know what happened to it?

You should have access to this index now, if you sync you should see this item in your Book List view.
