Pull up one song and get another

While assembling a set list in Set Manager, I'll 'add a song', choose it from the book list on the right, then get a song that is not the song I requested. It's like the book and song list are untethered. How can I fix this? Also, is there a way to transfer a set list that currently resides in Unindexed Scores to the set manager? Thank you!

What I would do, is go to the Book List view and select that book and then the song in that index to see what displays. If you have a discrepancy there, take a look at this How To: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=8
