How To Use The PDF Editor in iGigBook - iPad Only

With iGigBook Sheet Music Manager version 7 or greater, you can edit a PDF from the My Scores view.
The PDF editor requires the purchase of the Additional Features Pack (How To Purchase The Additional Features Pack) and is best used prior to adding notes, drawings, metronome settings or midi settings.
Editing a PDF file
Press and hold a PDF in the My Scores view to display the File Action menu. Select Edit to launch the PDF Editor.
Deleting pages
Select the trash icon below the thumbnail to delete that page.
Previewing a page
Select the magnifying glass icon to display a larger page.
Rotating pages
Select the rotation icon below the thumbnail to rotate the page to the right by 90 degrees.
Making a copy of a page
Select the plus icon below the thumbnail to make a copy of that page.
Rearranging or changing the order of pages
Press and hold the page thumbnail and then move it to the desired location.
Selecting/Deselecting pages
Tap the page thumbnail to toggle its selection state. In this screen, all of the odd pages(1,3,5,7) have been selected.
Combining multiple PDF files
Selecting the Add button at the top right displays a menu of all of your PDF documents in the My Scores view. Select the PDF you would like to add to your PDF layout. Added pages appear at the end of the edited PDF. To insert added pages prior to a specific pages in the edited PDF, select one of the pages.
Saving the changed PDF layout
Selecting the Save button displays a dialog that enables you to overwrite your existing PDF or to create a new one.
Extracting pages or creating a PDF from selected pages
Tap the pages you want to select them, this screen shows all even pages(2,4,6) selected. Selecting the Save button allows you to save all of the pages, the selected pages or the pages that were not selected. This is a great way to pull out a specific instrument part among many or separating a full score from score parts when you have a PDF that contains both.
Moving around a large PDF document
The page slider at the bottom of the screen allows you to quickly navigate within a PDF containing hundreds of pages. Use this when you need to make changes to a Real Book or a Fake Book when you need to rearrange, add, or remove pages.
Discarding changes and starting over
Selecting the Reset button allows you to clear selected thumbnails when present or you can reset the layout to the state it was in when you loaded the document.
