What to do if iGigBook closes when you launch it.

If when you try to launch iGigBook it looks like it's opening and then closes here's what you can do to fix it.

Close iGigBook by swiping the app up after double taping the home key or other method for accessing suspended apps.

Instructions for iOS version 11 or greater:


Launch the Files App.

Open the iGigBook 9 folder.

Delete the file AppState.plist

Launch iGigBook.

Instructions for iOS version less than 11:


Connect your device to iTunes

Select your device from the left hand column in iTunes

Select Apps from the top menu bar in iTunes.

Scroll down to the File Sharing section.

Select iGigBook to display the files.

Delete the file AppState.plist

Launch iGigBook.
