Minor bug fixes and improvements.

Added a button to launch Bluetooth MIDI Connection Manager.

Added a new setting for Apple Pencil that allows you to press and hold to enter drawing mode and exit saving your work.
(Currently to edit notes you must enable this setting using the Settings App) Fixed in version 8.0.2

Added a new option to "Create New PDF" that allows you to create a PDF from existing scores.

If you're using iOS 15 and a Bluetooth foot pedal, the pedal will no longer turn pages. Fixed in version 8.0.2.

We are aware that this isn't working with iOS 15, we should have a fix available as soon as Apple approves it.

UPDATE: This has been fixed in version 8.0.2.
