trying to delete book from 'my books'

I have a few books I want to delete in my content manager under 'my books'. I click the delete button, it asks if I am sure, I click ok, the page reloads and the entry is still there? I have tried multiple books at this point and can't delete any of them....

There is a message at the top that's invisible because it's the same color as the background.
All Song Entries For This Index Must Be Deleted Before This Index Can Be Deleted.
