IGigBook turns pages blank

I own a copy of "50 Essential Bebop Heads Arranged for Guitar" pdf. When add it to IGigBook 8 only the front page (a picture) is shown. The rest of the pdf is completely blank, but the SAME pdf shows perfectly fine in quickview (or anywhere else for that matter) from within the app folder on my iPad. Any ideas what the problem is?

Send the PDF or a link via email. Don't know what our email address is? Select the first item in the Book List View and then select "*Need To Contact Us?"

We got it and are experiencing the same problem.

After more investigation we have found that there is a problem displaying the pages from this PDF using iPads running iOS 14 - 16 but no problem viewing the pages on iPads running iOS 12. We're still investigating to see if there is something we can do of if there is a bug in the later iOS versions that hasn't been resolved.

Ok, we all wait patiently. . Thanks for the support anyhow. Just guessing: would it be possible to export the file in a different pdf format - ( I tried to no avail)? Maybe ios just dropped support for some type of pdf along the way?...
